Cabin Mates
« on: September 09, 2015, 09:23:25 AM »
If you would please have one member of your group post here with a list of who you want bunking with you it would be greatly appreciated. Im trying to compile some idea of who is going to be where so that we can best accommodate people! Please make sure that only one person from each group or pair or what have you posts here to avoid confusion. Thanks guys!

Adam, they do that on the pre-reg form, so if you filled that in disregard this request. I will make sure Adam knows who is where. Also, at check-in, I will have a master list of cabin assignments and make sure we have your cabin correctly on the sheet. If you are new to the site, you may want to come a little early to scope out a preferred cabin. We have a few reserved cabins, notably Ravenoak and any cabin with an active circle in it, but unless reserved with me, all cabins are on a first come - first served basis. I will post a site description for those of you  who have never been on this site before. Thank you.

The town is arranged in three sections which we lovingly call Hightown, Lowtown and Laketown. These three areas form a circle around our central Tavern, The Scrawny Pine. The town 'barracks' (OOG: MT) and the Innkeepers residence are also near the Tavern. Ravenoak Manor is located in Laketown. The Boar Clan Yurt (sp?) is usually located in or around Lowtown. Most other or younger adventurers tend to stay in Hightown.

Another consideration is the bathhouse facilities. Lowtown has only a toilet facility. Hightown has a double toilet and double shower building. and Laketown has the largest facility accommodating 5 showers and stalls each for males and females.

There are a few other considerations such as walking distance and hill terrain. But the site boasts a capacity of 150 beds, so we have not had problems with bed shortages.....yet  :)  .

There's a pre-reg form?

I've always just paid and thought that was the pre-reg...

Make sure you put the request on the pre reg form Ander! Steve is getting the assignments together as the day goes on.

How many people can fit in a cabin? I have 6 adults and 2 kids, we want an uptown cabin we can all fit into... sent a message to Steve on FB, and we pre-regged, but I don't know how many people we can fit :)
